Condi Rice...you know, the woman seeing a Broadway play and paying several thousands of dollars for Ferragamo shoes in NY instead of checking her messages and getting back to the foreign governments who had aid for the hurricane survivors waiting to be shipped here. Vacation...more important than lives!
